The Arts & Business Council of RI, in conjunction with Cornish Associates, presents Ghost of a Dream, a sculpture made from discarded lottery scratch off tickets in the form of a full scale Hummer H3, by artists Adam Eckstrum and Lauren Was. This artist couple have been collecting the discarded losing tickets from the streets, parking lots, and trash cans at
delis and liquor stores around Rhode Island and other states.
