Coming out to your family and friends that you are HIV positive is nearly as life changing as finding out you have the infection. These are the stories through photos and testimonies of HIV & leaders working with Hope through Health in Kara Region of Togo. They have opened up to the possibility of being ostracized from their own community to help others learn to find hope in what was once a death sentence.
